Anupam has also worked as Consultant with the Swedish organizations by heading their offshore development and ensuring on time delivery. Prior to Co founding of Empala, Anupam has worked with the organizations, like Convergys, Patni, BrickRed , DbyDx , OSSCube and played an important part in their European operations. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication engineering

Business oriented IT professional with over 16 years+ of experience in IT industry across Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, Banking and Finance domain. Prior to Co-founding of Empala IT Consultancy Services, he worked for United Health Group (UHG). Akhilesh was one of the very beginning members of UHG India, where he played a pivotal role in building UHG's Gurgaon center from scratch to the IT strength of 372 employees. Earlier, he has worked with Tech Mahindra European Headquarter, Milton Keynes, UK followed by HCL Technologies Ltd. (Corporate & Head Office), Noida, EXL and R Systems International Ltd. Exceptional in project management through delivery & quality, IT Operations Management, Partner Relationship Management, Large Application / Platform Development and Client Management while doing Large IT Program Execution with both domestic and international techniques while handling US / UK clients.
